- How far are you from the subway? - We are a 7-minute walk to Sherbourne Station, a 10-minute walk to Yonge/Bloor Station, and a 2-minute bus ride to Rosedale Station. - Do monthly stays start from the 1st of every month? - No, you may begin your monthly stay on any day. - Parking is expensive downtown. Is parking included? - Parking is included for daily and weekly stays. Monthly guests may be asked to pay $80/mo. per vehicle based on availability. - Are you located in a safe neighbourhood? - Rosedale is an upscale, residential neighbourhood, widely considered to be one of Toronto's finest and safest. - Do you accept pets? - We will consider pets on an individual basis. A damage deposit may be required. No horses please.
